Storii Stack Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to products manufactured and sold by Storii Stack ("we," "us," or "our"). We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our storage solutions, designed to simplify your college living experience.
What This Warranty Covers
Storii Stack warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.
Who Is Covered
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. You'll need your proof of purchase to make a claim.
What Is Covered
Under normal residential use and conditions, this warranty covers:
Warping, cracking, or splitting of structural components not caused by external force or improper conditions.
Manufacturing defects in modular connections, fasteners, or hardware.
Finish peeling or premature deterioration not caused by misuse, excessive exposure to moisture, or direct sunlight.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Products used in commercial, institutional, or rental settings. Our products are designed and intended for personal, residential use only.
Damage caused by improper assembly, disassembly, modification, overloading, or unauthorized repairs or alterations. Please follow our assembly instructions carefully.
Surface wear, scratches, scuffs, stains, dents, or color fading due to normal wear and tear, or exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture.
Damage resulting from moving, shipping, improper storage, or accidents (e.g., dropping, impacts, spills).
Accessories or third-party components used in conjunction with the shelving system, unless explicitly manufactured and branded by Storii Stack.
Any product where the original serial number or identification marks have been removed, altered, or defaced.
Minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product.
Proper Use & Care Notice
This shelving system is designed for freestanding indoor use only on stable, level surfaces. To maintain its integrity and validate your warranty, please:
Do not exceed recommended weight limits per shelf or unit, as specified in the product's assembly instructions. (Small Business Addition: Crucial for preventing overloading issues)
Do not use outdoors or in high-humidity environments (e.g., bathrooms without proper ventilation, unconditioned basements) as this can lead to material degradation.
Clean only with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
Remedy
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed after our inspection, we will, at our sole discretion:
Repair the affected component.
Replace the affected component with a new or refurbished part of equal functionality and quality. If the original product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable model. (Small Business Addition: Clarifies replacement options and protects against discontinued items)
Issue a refund for the original purchase price of the affected component or product.
Warranty resolution does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is limited to the product’s original purchase price.
Submit a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@storiistack.com within the warranty period. Your email must include:
Clear proof of purchase (e.g., order number, sales receipt).
Photos or a short video clearly showing the defect.
A brief, detailed description of the issue and how it occurred.
Your full name, email address, shipping address, and phone number.
Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos to assess the issue properly. Please allow up 3-5 business days for an initial response.
